We work in Schools in the Merseyside area. Fitness and Fun provides services to schools across the area. If your school is interested in having a member of our team deliver a Teacher or Parent Zumba session or Zumbatomic session please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Zumbatomic is the latest Zumba craze to sweep the nation – designed for the children. If you want to get the children participating in good exercise that they will enjoy then Zumbatomic is the way to go. We can run Zumbatomic classes during school hours, maybe as a PE lesson, or after school club.
There’s no reason why Parents or Teachers should miss out either…We know how difficult it can be to fit the gym around your schedule so this could be a chance to put the stresses of the day behind you and have some fun – we could run classes before Parents pick up children or after school, in your workplace, for Teachers.
The aim of Zumba is to use exercise, a well known stress reliever, to help you finish your school day. Our highly trained instructor will come to your venue when school is over and your students have gone, it is then YOUR turn to have some fun and let loose!
